BATCHED Ferrero Rocher Martini

A blended coffee and chocolate cocktail with Coast Road Creamery.

Ingredients

• One cup BATCHED Espresso Martini
• 50mL Coast Road Creamery
• One scoop chocolate ice cream
• Two Ferrero Rocher chocolates
• Chocolate syrup, to taste
• Melted chocolate and chopped nuts, for the rim

Method

1. Dip the glass rim into melted chocolate, then chopped nuts. Chill until set.
2. Blend the Espresso Martini, Creamery, ice cream, chocolates and a drizzle of chocolate syrup until combined.
3. Pour into the prepared glasses.
