When will my preorder ship?
The new season giftsets are available to preorder and ship October 16th. This is the dispatch date, not the delivery date. Allow the delivery time for your region after dispatch. Each product page shows its current availability.
What comes in each giftset?
Contents vary by set. Espresso Martini, Strawberry & Rhubarb Sour and both 0% giftsets include a 725mL bottle, a gold cocktail shaker and two wave glasses. The S’moretini set includes a 725mL bottle, two wave glasses, two garnish sticks and a pack of marshmallows. The chocolate giftbox pairs a 725mL Espresso Martini with 125g of Espresso Martini chocolate bark. The candle giftbox pairs a 725mL Jamaretto Sour with a matching scented candle. Does the S’moretini giftset include a shaker?
No. The Espresso S’moretini Giftset includes the cocktail, two wave glasses, two garnish sticks and marshmallows. You’ll need your own cocktail shaker to prepare it.
Which giftsets are alcohol-free?
Choose the BATCHED 0% Lychee & Yuzu Martini Giftset or the BATCHED 0% Pineapple Margarita Giftset. Both include a 725mL alcohol-free cocktail, a gold shaker and two wave glasses. Both are available to preorder and ship October 16th.
How long does delivery take?
Allow an estimated 2–3 working days for Auckland, 2–5 working days for the North Island, 4–6 working days for the South Island, and 4–8 working days for rural addresses. For preorders, these delivery times start after dispatch. We deliver within New Zealand. Allow extra time for a gift needed on a specific date. View delivery information.
How much is delivery?
Shipping is free on orders over $150. Any applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s name and delivery address at checkout, and use your own email address for the order confirmation. Check the address carefully before paying. Purchasers must be 18 or older; identification may be requested for alcohol deliveries.
Will a receipt be included? Can I add a gift message?
Receipts are emailed and are not included with the goods. Gift messages and additional gift wrapping are not currently available. Boxed giftsets come in their product packaging.
How is a giftset different from a glassware bundle?
A giftset is a boxed product with its own listed contents. The glassware bundle lets you select individual products: pair an eligible BATCHED bottle with the Wave Glass 2 Pack to save $20 on the glassware. The qualifying saving is included in the displayed bundle total. These individual products do not include a gift box.
What if my gift arrives damaged or an item is missing?
Email orders@premiumliquor.co.nz with your order number so the team can help. Please notify us within three days of receipt, as requested in our delivery and returns policy.
