Returns & Refund policy
Courier deliveries of products purchased on this website are insured in transit to your delivery address. In the unfortunate event that products you have ordered are damaged in transit or missing from the delivery then under the terms & conditions you must notify the Premium Liquor customer service team no later than three days after the receipt of products. Call us on 09 975 7432 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and refer to your order number so we can resolve the issue. Usually this will be by way of sending you replacement products but due to item availability may involve a credit.
We always ensure that we comply with the Consumers Guarantee Act.
Please note that under the terms & conditions you have no entitlement to return goods for a refund beyond the situations covered above and if Premium Liquor does consent to the cancellation of your order you may need to incur handling charges to return products to Premium Liquor.
Standard NZ wide : Allow 3-7 working days for delivery
Rural: Allow 8 working days
We need a signature on delivery and cannot leave deliveries unattended.
