STIL Gin Martini

A stirred gin Martini with dry vermouth.

Ingredients

• 60mL STIL Gin
• One tablespoon dry vermouth
• Ice
• An olive or lemon peel, to garnish

Method

1. Stir the gin and vermouth with ice until chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
3. Garnish with an olive or lemon peel.
