Drumshanbo Negroni

Equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth, with an orange garnish.

Ingredients

• 30mL Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
• 30mL Campari
• 30mL sweet vermouth
• Ice
• Orange peel, to garnish

Method

1. Stir the gin, Campari and vermouth with ice until chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
3. Add the orange peel.
