Delivery, orders and product questions.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within New Zealand.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery from placing your order (in-stock items): Auckland 1–3 working days; rest of North Island 2–4 working days; South Island 3–5 working days. These times include order processing and delivery. For rural and remote addresses, allow an additional 2–3 working days on top of the regional estimate.

Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please allow extra time during busy periods.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders over $150. Any delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Email orders@premiumliquor.co.nz with your order number and details of the issue. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can help.

Orders

Can I change an order after placing it?

Contact orders@premiumliquor.co.nz with your order number as soon as possible. We will confirm whether a change can be made before dispatch.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Use the recipient’s name and address for delivery, and your own email address for the confirmation.

Can I include a gift message?

Gift messages and additional gift wrapping are not available at this stage. Receipts are emailed to the purchaser rather than included in the parcel.

How do I contact the team?

For order support, email orders@premiumliquor.co.nz. For general or trade enquiries, email info@premiumliquor.co.nz or call 09 975 7432.

Products

Do you sell alcohol-free drinks?
Are the cocktails already mixed?

BATCHED cocktails are ready-made. Saturdays liqueurs are ingredients for mixing cocktails, and Alchemy & Tonic products are mixers.

What comes in a BATCHED gift set?

Contents vary by gift. Cocktail sets, alcohol-free sets, chocolate giftboxes and candle giftboxes each have their own contents list. The Espresso S’moretini Giftset does not include a shaker. Compare the gifts and their contents.
