A blended strawberry cocktail with vanilla vodka and cream liqueur.

Makes two cocktails.

Ingredients

  • 50g fresh strawberries
  • 60mL STIL Vanilla Vodka
  • 60mL Coast Road Creamery
  • Whipped cream and extra strawberries, to garnish

Method

  1. Blend the strawberries, vodka and Creamery until smooth.
  2. Divide between two cocktail glasses.
  3. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
