An International Gold Award Winning contemporary gin with a New Zealand twist. Distilled in-house starting with Canterbury grain and finished with 11 botanicals including a generous helping of East Coast Manuka, Fresh Gisborne Citrus and Otago Lavender
Tasting notes: Strong Juniper and Citrus notes with added pine from the Manuka are underpinned by earthy Angelica Root and background spices and rounded out by the slight residual malt and sweetness from the single malt base spirit.
The strong flavour stands up well to any tonic but best with an Indian style tonic and a slice of (Pink) Grapefruit and/or an Orange twist. Also excellent in a French 75 with Rosé bubbles and an orange twist garnish.
