Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Add 60mL of Saturdays Butterscotch Schnapps, 60mL of Coast Road Creamery liqueur and milk into your shaker.
Shake for 30 seconds.
Strian contents into your glass, top with ice and serve.
